Saturday 17 October from 21:30 to 00:30 is the best window, with peak October season, dark conditions, light winds and the flood three hours in on neap tides. Friday 16 October from 23:00 to 23:30 is a shorter alternative, but the sea is very rough there (2.9 m waves), so watch conditions before you go.
